Refund Policy

If the Customer is not satisfied with the Basic Concepts (in Best Seller and No Compromise Package) provided by ‘Logo Design Team’, Client may request a refund by completing the Refund Request form which will be provided to the Customer upon request. Upon timely receipt of the completed form, ‘Logo Design Team’ will refund the total payment made by the Customer.

We make sure that We handle each project with utmost care and professionalism. Our aim is to provide the results as per the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, despite every measure if the client is not satisfied with the results and chooses to go for the dispute resolution process, We consider refund requests as per the following program in which our services and refund policy related to each service is very clearly listed:


Web / Graphic design

Delivery Time

Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and will take 180 Days to refund the amount.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.

No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Web programming

Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.

There is an agreement for every Web programming project. HoWever, if there is no agreement and no clear discussion of refund policy, the following delivery policy will hold true.

Partial refund will be issued as per the judgement of the service provider if We fail to complete the project in accordance with the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.

Processing of Refunds

The partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon in the beginning of the project i.e.; refund by check or refund by credit card.

The full refunds will be processed and mailed within 50 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon in the beginning of the project i.e.; refund by check or refund by credit card.

General terms and conditions

Payment: The Customer ordering for any of the available services must pay for the Service in advance, by any of the payment methods provided by ‘Logo Design Team’. The Customers will be charged for the Package(s) selected. ‘Logo Design Team’ will email the Customer a receipt for the transactions in which the Customer is involved and provide the Customer with all the information necessary to start the design process.

Holiday dates: We work 8.30am until 6pm between Monday and Friday. We remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays. During the following dates service will not be available: 12/24; 12/25; 12/31; 01/01. Any other Special Holiday Dates, if any, will be published on the Website – at least 7 days in advance.

Eligibility Requirements: The Customer must be at least 18 years of age, agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and complete the on-line form. By asking for our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, that the information you include as part of the ordering process is complete and accurate and, if you are ordering services on behalf of an entity, that you are authorize to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. ‘Logo Design Team’ may accept or reject your order in its sole discretion.

Website Design

Full Website design

Website/application content and all related materials need to be provided to us within the first two Weeks of starting the project. Any delays thereafter may delay the project and may incur additional charges if it goes beyond reasonable timeframe.

Our Websites/applications are generally tested on PCs and include near recent versions of following browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari. If you require testing to be done on any other browser, please let us know in advance.

Any modifications requested during the development or after the Go-Live approval will incur additional charges. All additional work, over and above the estimates is charged separately. Under no circumstances will Synapse Worldwide be liable for any delays caused by change in the project brief.

Any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after the development does not attract additional charges.

UI/UX Design

Permissions: The client agrees to give access (usernames, passwords, and any other required permissions) to existing or future domain registration, hosting accounts, and affiliated service-providers as needed to accomplish the goals set forth in the written proposal. The client also authorizes OUR to publicize their completed Web site to Web search engines, as well as other Web directories and indexes, if this is included in the scope of the project.

Proposal: For any website project, a proposal shall be provided to the client which outlines the general scope of the web design project. Additionally, the proposal shall include an estimate of the costs involved to complete the project. Additional work required to the project will incur additional costs. All prices specified in this contract will be honored for three (3) months after both parties agree to this contract. Continued services after that time will require a new agreement.

Client Provisions: Client will provide all text to be used in web pages, unless otherwise negotiated. Client agrees to provide copy and any other submissions in a timely manner.

Stock Photography: PDD agrees to provide up to 5 stock photos during the web design process. Any photos acquired by OUR for inclusion in the client’s website remain the property of OUR and may be used in multiple, separate projects. Should the client require full ownership of the provided photography, these terms must be disclosed in writing.

Web Browsers: OUR will verify the design and functionality of all websites on the following internet browsers: Internet Explorer 6 and 7, current versions of Firefox, and Safari. Should an update or up-version of any of these browsers results in the corruption of the website in part or in whole, the client understands that any revisions or corrections will be made at the client’s expense, billed at Our current hourly rate.

Completion Date: OUR agrees to complete website projects within a timeframe agreed upon with the client.

Delays: Illness, injury, or other events beyond Our control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and Acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length.

Payment: A 50% deposit is required before any work begins and the remaining payment when final logo design is approved but before it is delivered. Returned checks will result in a return-check fee of $30.00. The client understands that the final website design belongs to OUR until all invoices are paid in full. In the event of termination of this Agreement, OUR owns the website design and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the website design (not including business name).  Once the final invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to use images of the website design in all media useful for business promotion and that OUR reserves the right to display the website for business promotional use.

Website Re-design

When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos.

Minor updates are limited to 5 incidents per week depending on availability. More minor updates may be able to be completed each week depending on the Just in Time Design master project schedule.

Urgent and/or Rush updates, modifications, or edits will be completed within 24 hours

Graphic design terms and conditions

Logo Design

Concepts: Logo designs will be submitted for your review via E-mail unless otherwise negotiated. Upon receipt of your feedback on these designs, WE will make any needed changes to your favorite of the three logo designs until you are completely satisfied. Up to three rounds of revision are included in quoted price.

File Delivery: After the final logo design is approved, the logo design to you as a digital file (.jpg, .pdf, and .eps graphics file formats).

Ownership: You, the client, have ownership of the final logo design for use in any media application that is beneficial to your business. We retain the right to use the final logo, or any versions of the logo created in the process, within printed and on-line portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The client also gives permission to use client’s full name, business address, and/or Website address, for testimonial purposes on her Website, or other business related media. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the logo design.

Payment: In return for logo design, the client agrees to pay an advance payment. A 50% deposit is required before any work begins and the remaining payment when final logo design is approved but before it is delivered. The client understands that the final logo design belongs to us until paid in full. In the event of termination of this Agreement, WE owns the logo and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the logo design (not including business name). Furthermore, we own all the logo design concepts created before the final logo design. The client understands that once the final invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to use the logo design in all media useful for business promotion and that WE reserves the right to display the logo for business promotional use.

Image Editing

Seal of Quality: We bring utmost quality to our clients and in any event when the latter is not satisfied with the final output, we will consider doing corrections and adjustments for no additional payment. Client shall notify the company in writing within 2 days upon receipt of the order for any evident defect made by post processing the image. Beyond the said period, claiming of defects shall be dismissed. A delivery shall only be deemed defective if it does not conform to technical standards of image editing services. Color differences shall not be identified as defects. Furthermore, a loss in quality of the final delivery due to prior quality issues (poor original file) shall not be classified as defective. An order shall not be deemed defective also when it is outside the agreed services to be rendered.

Liability: We shall not be liable for damages beyond its control, such as but not limited to, system failure, interruption of data transmission and other online communication disturbances.

Copyrights: Client is assumed to have copyrights of the images being sent to us for photo retouching. The latter shall assume no liability for any infringement cases that may arise due to the usage of the photos.

Retention of title: The order delivered to the Client shall remain our property until all payments are settled.

Offsetting of Services: Client can claim for offsetting the services only when its claims are legally applicable or have been acknowledged in writing by the company. Otherwise, offsetting is not possible.

Product Design

• Prices are only valid for 30 days from the date shown on the quotation. Prices are quoted on the basis of information supplied by the Client. If the information supplied is incomplete or misleading or the Client’s plans are subsequently amended, we reserves the right to increase its prices accordingly.

• We shall be entitled to cancel and/or suspend the services if any payment is not made on the due date. Any already delivered intellectual property, samples or prototypes stay rightfully our possession.


• The Client will provide or assist us in obtaining whatever materials, text or information are required for the provision of the services. We reserve the right to charge for time spent acquiring or amending such materials, text or information where those supplied by the Client are inadequate, or where the Client’s instructions are inaccurate or incomplete.

Cover Design 

• Covers will be delivered within a maximum time frame of five days, unless expedited services are purchased.

• When the balance payment is received, we will grant the client exclusive license for the final cover design. We will provide the design in PDF, JPEG or another publishing-ready format as requested. The client agrees that they have no right to alter the completed design in any way. We will not provide the client with fonts or source files.

• Two revisions per order are allowed, but further revisions can be negotiated with the designer. A revision is defined as a proof received by you after delivery of the original proof.


• You will receive one (1) high-resolution 2000px x 3000px file in JPG format, one (1) low-resolution 400px x 600px file in JPG format. You will also receive one (1) 3-D render of the cover art (except in the case of a premade cover).

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you fill out a web form through the Site, we may maintain your Form Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

The speed testing for this service covers all pages of your website, not just the homepage. (NOTE than in some cases it’s not practical to crawl sites with several thousand pages so using a subset of pages will be likely what we do)

At a minimum you’ll need to be on good quality hosting to purchase this service, hosting that is appropriate for the size, scale and simultaneous visitors your site needs to handle. (If you need a high quality host we recommend a VPS from Cloudways)

Website Upgrade

Homepage Design – Once the site design is approved by the client, usually via email consent, the design is considered ready for implementation. Should the client wish to make changes to a design they have approved, those changes are billable at our standard hourly rate.

Navigation – Once site outline/map is approved by the client, usually via email consent, the site navigation is considered ready for implementation. Combined with the approved graphic design, this becomes the site structure. Once we build this structure per client approval, any subsequent changes are billable at our standard hourly rate.

Content – Provision of content is customer’s responsibility, unless specifically negotiated ahead of time as part of the project proposal.

Text content – Copy for all website pages and links needs to be delivered digitally and should be carefully proof-read by the client. Two rounds of revisions will be provided free of charge. Subsequent revisions will be billable at our regular hourly rate.

Copy development – Should client wish We to develop content for the site, website copy is billable at our regular hourly rate. Development of copy is accomplished via We Web Development interviewing the client about the topic areas to be addressed on their web pages. We then composes appropriate copy, submits to the client for review, edit, and approval. Approved copy is then posted to the web pages.

Graphical content – Images outside of the website design must be provided in digital form or in a form that can be easily scanned, unless otherwise provided for in customer’s contract. Subsequent revisions will be billable at our regular hourly rate.

Database Implementation – Entry of data for database applications is considered client’s responsibility. Entry of data by We is billable, unless otherwise provided for in customer’s contract.

Website Maintenance

Client Care Plan – We agrees to provide Customer with Client Care Plan as described in this Agreement. Client Care Plan tasks include:

  • updates to text, images, and other minor changes to Customer’s website pages within the timeframe provided in the chosen Client Care Plan,
  • upgrades to Customer’s content management system, including plugins and themes,
  • removal of malware, spam and malicious code from Customer’s website,
  • regular backups on your site to protect your webpages and databases,
  • recovery of files or email from backups, as available,


  1. Fees; Limitations on Refunds and Cancellation Fees Customer agrees to pay We any and all fee(s) as billed in accordance with this Agreement. The fee(s) must be received prior to the start of any Client Care Plan. The customer further agrees that, in the event of any termination of this agreement by customer, no refunds shall be given under any circumstances whatsoever. The customer further agrees to pay upon cancellation the amount of any cancellation fees or other amounts due to We as provided in the agreement. We are hereby authorized to charge customer’s credit card account or other payment mechanism for any amounts owed from time to time by customer to [We.
  2. Customer Responsibilities For the purposes of providing these services, Customer agrees:
  • To provide We with access to its web sites for creating new pages, and making changes for the purpose of providing Client Care Plan.
  • To properly convey to We the information that needs to be changed or added.
  1. Customer Acknowledgements– Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
  • Only allocated time for Client Care Plan is allowed per month, in fifteen (15) minute increments.
  • Any work that exceeds allocated time will be charged on an hourly basis of $120 per hour, in fifteen (15) minute increments.
  • Web page updates exclude, but are not limited to, image editing, graphic design, graphic editing, database design, database changes, programming, and search engine optimization.
  • We have no control over the policies of search engines or directories with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Customer’s web site(s) may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory entity.
  • Additional fees could be charged if the information provided has to be typed and exceeds the allocated time.
  • If changes are made by We according to Customer’s information, and the changes are not correct, additional time to remedy the changes fall under the allocated time. Unused time is not accumulative.
  • Unused time does not transfer from month to month. Client Care Plan time is strictly month to month
  • We are not responsible for rewriting sentences, restructuring paragraphs, or checking for typing errors, misspellings, etc.
  • We are not responsible for changes made to Customer’s web site(s) by other parties.
  • We are not responsible for third-party plugins that may become unusable as a result of Client Care Plan performed.
  • We will not repair Customer’s website(s) that became compromised, hacked, or otherwise defaced or infected prior to ordering Client Care Plan.
  • Recovery or repair of Customer’s website is not guaranteed.
  • Availability of backups is not guaranteed.

  • We offer unlimited revisions on all projects until they have been completed. Once a project has been completed, clients may request revisions for an additional period of 2 weeks (14 days).
  •  If revision request requires more work that we agreed to at start of project or if the request contradicts what was originally discussed, then we may require additional payment to accommodate revision.
  • All work submitted upon project completion becomes your property, if it is paid for, and your responsibility.

You, the end user assumes all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using our services.

As an outsourced provider of specific SEO services, we do not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Neither does We guarantee any traffic increases.

We make every effort to ensure that with any written submission the Copy provided to Client is free of errors and omissions – including errors in spelling and content – but cannot warrant this. We would request that the Client or the Client’s agent review the Copy thoroughly before committing the project to production, as the ultimate responsibility for the content rests with the Client.

The client is responsible for informing us of any industry-specific compliance issues that might impact upon the Services or Deliverable.
